Urbanrise Whitefield Overview

Urbanrise Whitefield is planned as five high-rise residential wings and a club house in Hagadur village, Whitefield, set among landscaped parks and open space that take up about a third of the net site area. Among the new residential projects in Whitefield it is at an early stage, with its environmental clearance granted and its K-RERA registration still to come, and the Urbanrise Whitefield project details are gathered here in one place: the place, the cleared scheme, the approvals, the developer and the questions to ask first. In the same Bengaluru market, Vaishnavi AT-One Life Phase 4 helps frame how another project presents scale, location logic, and the trade-offs a household should resolve before shortlisting.

Status as at 18 October 2026. Urbanrise Whitefield is a pre-launch project and is not registered with K-RERA. It holds its environmental clearance, granted on 8 August 2024; its building-plan sanction has not been published, and Urbanrise does not yet list the project on its own website. The launch date, possession timeline and prices have not been announced. Under section 3 of the RERA Act 2016, wait for the K-RERA registration before you pay anything. A same-developer shortlist can feel simpler than it really is; Urbanrise BK Halli keeps attention on how each Bengaluru address solves a different routine, budget, and documentation question.

Urbanrise Whitefield is the working name this site uses for the project; Urbanrise has not announced a brand name for the development, so the name may change.

Most of the parking for 492 cars is planned in the basements, and the clearance requires electric-vehicle charging for at least a quarter of the parking. The master plan page shows how the wings, the club house and the open space sit on the land, and the floor plans page covers the home types.

Pre-launch material circulating in October 2026 quotes a larger plan, of about 14 acres and about 1,050 homes in towers of two basements, ground and 25 upper floors, listed as 5 blocks and 11 towers; no filing or registration supports these figures as at 18 October 2026.

The Developer in Brief

Urbanrise is the residential brand of Alliance Group, with offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Dubai. Urbanrise's own listing shows 23 projects across Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru; the builder page describes them. The environmental clearance is held by Urbanrise Condominiums Private Limited, and the K-RERA registration will name the promoter.

Urbanrise does not yet list Urbanrise Whitefield on its own website, so the promoter named on the K-RERA registration is the one to check against any agreement you are offered. The builder page sets out the developer's listing city by city, its leadership and how to check any developer's record, and the reviews page explains how to weigh it.

Next Steps for Buyers

Urbanrise Whitefield can be weighed well before any launch, and five steps cover the ground.

  1. Read the location page and visit Hagadur at the hours you would travel, from the approach road to Whitefield Main Road.
  2. Read the master plan page for the layout, the stream buffers and the land set aside for master-plan roads.
  3. Budget the statutory costs on the price page: about 12.60% of the agreement value on a home above ₹45 lakh in Whitefield.
  4. Keep the questions above to hand, and ask for each approval in writing, with its number and date.
  5. Send a question through the contact page to hear when the registration and prices are published.

Until the K-RERA registration is granted, treat any price, size or date you are quoted for Urbanrise Whitefield as unconfirmed, and pay nothing.

Urbanrise Whitefield Overview FAQs

What does the environmental clearance mean for a buyer?

Urbanrise Whitefield holds its environmental clearance, granted on 8 August 2024, and it sets the environmental conditions the project must meet. It is not a building-plan sanction or a K-RERA registration: the building-plan sanction, fire clearance and K-RERA registration are separate approvals, and none of them has been published as at 18 October 2026. The clearance states that the plan cannot be expanded or modified without a fresh environmental clearance. Ask for a copy of the clearance with its conditions before you pay anything.

How do I check whether a project is RERA registered in Bangalore?

Look the project up on the official K-RERA website, which lists each registered project, including those in Whitefield, with its registration number and promoter. A genuine Karnataka project registration number contains /PR/, while a number containing /AG/ belongs to a registered agent, not to a project. Check that the project name, the promoter and the address match the agreement you are offered. Urbanrise Whitefield is not registered with K-RERA as at 18 October 2026, so there is no number for it to check yet.

Is Urbanrise Whitefield a high-rise project?

Yes. Each of the five residential wings, A1 to A5, is planned as two basements, ground and 15 upper floors, up to 48.30 m high: 16 storeys above ground, which places Urbanrise Whitefield among the high-rise apartments in Whitefield. The club house is lower, at two basements, ground and three upper floors. These are the figures the environmental clearance granted on 8 August 2024 covers. Plans can change before registration, so check the figures the K-RERA registration records.

What has been announced about Urbanrise Whitefield so far?

The scheme is known in outline: the environmental clearance granted on 8 August 2024 covers 394 homes in five residential wings with a club house, on 5 acres 25 guntas. As at 18 October 2026, the launch date, possession timeline, price and amenity list have not been announced, and the floor plans, carpet areas, building-plan sanction, water connection, construction status and brochure have not been published. Treat any of these you are quoted before the K-RERA registration as unconfirmed.

What is the construction status of Urbanrise Whitefield?

Construction status has not been published as at 18 October 2026. The clearance sets conditions that come first: it requires 305 trees to be planted before construction begins and an assured water supply to be in place before construction starts. It also requires half-yearly compliance reports, which you can ask the developer for, and they show how its conditions are being met. Until the K-RERA registration is granted, pay nothing on the strength of any progress you are told about.

Can the Urbanrise Whitefield plan change before registration?

It can. The figures on this site are those the environmental clearance granted on 8 August 2024 covers: 394 homes in five residential wings of two basements, ground and 15 upper floors, with a club house. The clearance states that the plan cannot be expanded or modified without a fresh environmental clearance, and the building-plan sanction has not been published. Plans can change before registration, so check the homes, wings and areas the K-RERA registration records against what you are told.
